Round One of Hamish's Agatha Christie style mystery one-shot happened this past Saturday, and it was a great time — eight players, dossiers, and a proper whodunit atmosphere at Gamers' Geekery. Round Two is already set for September 19.

At TQH this week

  • Kevin A is running Pico tonight, Monday September 7, at Side Quest in Raleigh from 5:30 to 9ish PM. Pico is a light, narrative game where you play as a small bug in a post-human "Mysteriocalypse" world — cute, a little melancholy, and easy to pick up. Premade characters and dice provided; Side Quest charges a $5 table fee.

  • Disco Stu is running Escape from Mount Pella, a zero-level Shadowdark gauntlet, on Saturday September 12 at Gamers' Geekery, starting around 1PM. Fair warning: gauntlets are built for character deaths. Premade characters will be available, or come with your own level 0-1 party.
